Cal is President and CEO of Koenders Windmills Inc. and Superior Windmill Inc., World leaders in windmill aeration products with over 80% market share in this sector.
Cal has expertise in sourcing, volume purchase agreements, IP protection and manufacturing. Cal currently oversees the production of over 6,000 windmills per/year. He has a supplier network that expands throughout North America and over into Asia. Cal negotiates and buys hundreds of thousands of components per/yr from various suppliers in an effort to lower production costs while ensuring quality standards and high reliability. For example, Koenders Windmills has an industry leading 3 yr warranty program, 3 x longer than any other manufacturer on the market with over 40,000 windmills still in operation in North America alone.
Before operating Koenders Windmills, Cal was in the Real Estate and Construction industry where he built commercial buildings and industrial parks all over Canada. Cal is an entrepreneur with a close eye on the bottom line without ever sacrificing quality of product.
