California Energy Commission Approves S-343 and E-3120 Turbines
Vancouver, BC July 26th 2010 - The California Energy Commission (CEC) has approved the Endurance S-343 5 Kw, and the E-3120 50 Kw turbines as eligible for state incentives. This follows the previous approval of the S-250 turbine. The California Energy Commission offers cash rebates on eligible grid-connected small wind and fuel cell renewable energy electric-generating systems through its Emerging Renewables Program (ERP). Small wind turbine systems of 50 Kw or less are eligible for the state incentives.

Vancouver, BC July 22nd 2010 - Carmen, Oklahoma, a small town of approximately 400 people, is working at being the greenest little town in the state. Thanks to wind power. With a total of five turbines installed, the town will be one of the first proto-types of its kind, becoming self sufficient through the production of its own energy.

His son, Fritz, a materials science major at UW-Madison, came up with the idea as the pair climbed Mount Aconcagua in South America.
