Continued Expansion at Endurance Results in New Finance Officer
Vancouver, BC February 24th 2011 – Endurance Wind Power, a leading manufacturer of wind turbines for the distributed wind turbine market, announced today the hiring of Greg Wright as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mr. Wright is a seasoned executive with demonstrated ability in building high performance teams that improve efficiency and drive growth while maximizing profitability through the application of sound financial strategies and process re-engineering. He brings extensive international experience and expertise in corporate finance, financial leadership and public company reporting, including International Financial Reporting Standards.

Most recently, Mr. Wright was VP of Finance for Alter NRG, a publicly traded alternative energy company. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer with Ultrasonix Medical Corporation, a medical device company. Under Mr. Wright’s leadership, these companies experienced dramatic increases in reliability and timeliness with regard to internal and external financial reporting. In addition, he implemented new processes that improved operations and supported growth. Prior to these positions, Mr. Wright held various senior finance positions with Serono, a large multinational Biotech company based in Switzerland.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wright has gained extensive experience in corporate finance, as well as playing a key role in the public sale of companies on both North American and European exchanges. Mr. Wright holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant.

Last month, Endurance also hired Peter Tyszewicz as Chief Operating Officer. Peter was appointed to assume strategic leadership for Endurance Wind Power’s daily operations, engineering and manufacturing departments. With the addition of Peter and Greg to the management team, Endurance is now poised to continue its exponential growth in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
